Make sure the following conditions are met in the operating area where the mower will be used:
- The grass is shorter than 10 cm.
- There are no stones, loose pieces of wood, wires, live electrical cables, or other foreign
objects.
- The operating area is level and free of ditches, grooves, or steep slopes greater than
35%.

Turn on your robot and position it in the center of the working area while holding down the Stop button. Select your robot in the app, then tap 'Settings' and choose 'Security.' Enter your personal four-digit PIN and enable the GeoFence. Confirm your robot's position and press 'Set Center Point.' To deactivate the GeoFence, follow the same steps and disable the function.
Position the charging station as follows:
- Place it on a level surface, out of direct sunlight. The front of the charging station should not be more than 5 cm higher or lower than the back.
- Ensure it is within reach of a wall socket (the low voltage cable is 10 meters long).
- Allow at least 3 meters of space in front and 1 meter on each side. (Avoid placing it in confined spaces within the operating area.)
Most of the charging station should be within the operating area. The following two options are illustrated in the figure:
Option 1: Charging station is entirely within the operating area.
Option 2: Charging station is partially outside the operating area.

The quick guide sheet is an important document, so please keep it in a safe place. It contains the serial number and unique pairing code for your mower, as well as instructions on how to get the mower up and running.
Please verify that your installation is set up according to the installation manual. Most issues arise from incorrect routing and/or connections of the boundary and guide wires, such as crossed wires in excluded areas.
The pairing process establishes the initial connection between the mobile device and the mower. After this, users can adjust settings and set schedules for the mower. You can find your unique pairing code on the quick guide sheet. Please keep the quick guide sheet in a safe place, as it is an important document.
The mower is capable of managing a secondary area. For details on how to set up a secondary area, consult our installation manual.
The quick guide provides the initial steps to take after unboxing the mower. Next, you can pair the robot with your mobile device using the Cramer App. Be sure to read the installation and user manual thoroughly before you begin setting up your system.
If you have a narrow passage connecting two lawns, the passage must be at least 60 cm wide. The guide wire from the charging station should be placed at least 30 cm away from the edge.
The charging station allows you to connect two guide wires, which should be positioned to cover the largest area of your lawn. Additionally, the guide wire is essential for navigating narrow passages. Check out our examples for proper guide wire installation.
When the robot returns to the charging station, it always follows the same path. To reduce or eliminate tracks on your lawn, you can set the 'homecoming' route over the boundary wire. Another option is to upgrade to a 4 Ah battery if you're using an older robot model with a 2 Ah battery.
Abraded areas on the lawn are often caused by improper routing of the boundary wire. This can occur when an area is too narrow, causing the robot mower to turn in the same spot repeatedly, leading to wear and damage to the grass.
The boundary wire should not exceed a maximum length of 800 meters.
You can lay the boundary wire on the lawn using wire pegs. Over time, the wire will naturally settle into the soil. For more details, please check our installation manual.
You can either bury the wire or secure it on the lawn using special wire pegs. For further details, please check our installation manual.
