General manufacturer’s warranty
Warranty
Subject to the terms set out below, Globe Technologies AB Hjortronvägen 3, SE-554 75 Jönköping (hereinafter referred to as “we”) offers a warranty (the “Warranty”) for all power tools and batteries bearing the CRAMER brand (each such product hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), except the CRAMER Zero Turn mower.
This Warranty is extended only to the first end-use purchaser of the Product (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and will not be extended to any other person or transferee. The Warranty only applies if you have purchased the Product either directly from us or from one of our approved resellers in Europe. “Europe”, for the purposes of this Warranty, includes the member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Russia, and the United Arab Emirates. A list of our approved resellers is available on our website (www.cramertools.com) or can be requested via our Help Center (https://cramertools.com/global/en/support).
No limitation of other rights
This Warranty gives you specific rights that are in addition to other rights you may have under applicable laws. In particular, if you have purchased the Product as a consumer in the European Union and the Product is not in conformity with the sales contract, you are entitled by law to certain remedies from the person who sold the Product to you. Those remedies, which are available to you free of charge, are not affected by this Warranty. This applies even where you have purchased the Product directly from us.
Warranty Period
The Warranty is valid for a certain period of time (the “Warranty Period”) commencing on the date on which you have purchased the Product.
The duration of the Warranty Period depends on the type of Product and on whether you have purchased it as a consumer or for commercial use. If you have purchased the Product as a consumer, the Warranty Period is 24 months for batteries and 36 months for other Products. If you have purchased the Product for commercial use (except rental use), the Warranty Period is 12 months for all Products including batteries.
If we have separately offered you an extension of the Warranty Period and you have complied with the conditions upon which such offer was made (e.g., registration of your purchase on a website), the extended Warranty Period will apply instead of the aforementioned periods.
What is covered by the Warranty?
Subject to the exclusions set out below, the Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions on all parts of the Product except consumable parts and parts that are naturally subject to wear and tear (such as tires, belts, cutting blades, collecting bags, carbon brushes, chucks, power cords, drill bits, sanding plates, carry cases, saw chains, trimmer lines, and trimmer head knobs).
We will rectify any defect that is covered by the Warranty through, at our option, repair, or replacement. Replacement may be with a new or refurbished Product or with a newer model of equivalent or better functionality. Where the defect relates to a specific part of the Product which can be removed and reinstalled without special skill or tools, we may elect to provide you with a replacement part instead of repairing or replacing the entire Product. Repair or replacement under this Warranty will be free of charge to you.
Any Products (or parts thereof) which are replaced under this Warranty may be kept by us and become our property. Repair or replacement of the Product does not grant a new Warranty and will not renew or extend the Warranty Period past the original Warranty Period.
Exclusions
The Warranty does not apply:
- if the Product is purchased for rental use or if, having been purchased for other use, it is subsequently put to rental use;
- to cosmetic flaws (e.g., discolouration) and other minor deviations that do not impact usability of the Product;
- to Products which have been modified;
- if the original identification markings on the Product have been altered or removed or if the CE marking is missing.
Further, the Warranty does not apply to defects caused by:
- non-compliance with the operating instructions, improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, overload, or collision;
- insufficient servicing or maintenance;
- the use of non-genuine spare parts and accessories together with the Product or the incorporation or use of unsuitable attachments or parts;
- exposure of the Product to soot and smoke, chemical agents, bird droppings, water, corrosive materials or corrosive environments;
- the Product having been incorrectly connected to a power supply or the wrong power or voltage having been used.
Without limitation to the foregoing, the Warranty does not cover:
- cleaning, adjustment, and normal periodic maintenance work (e.g., blade sharpening and belt or cable adjustments);
- impact damage or abrasive damage to any of the following parts: Auger and paddle assemblies, skid shoes, scraper bars of snow throwers and snow blowers, tiller tines of rototillers, mower blades and mower deck housings.
How to make a claim under the Warranty
To make a claim under the Warranty you must, within the Warranty Period, contact the person who sold the Product to you (being either Globe Technologies AB or one of our approved dealers) with a description of the alleged defect and proof of your purchase.
If the defect cannot be repaired remotely, you will then be asked to bring in or send in the Product. If you have purchased the Product in a physical store, you will need to bring it back to that store at your own cost. If you have purchased it online, you will receive a prepaid shipping label allowing you to send in the Product.
If your Warranty claim is valid, the repaired or replaced Product will be made available to you for collection at the store (if you had purchased it from a physical store) or sent to you at our cost (if you had purchased it online).

Conditions of the extended manufacturer warranty for traders

Subject to the participation of your Cramer specialist retailer in this extension promotion and the terms and conditions set out below, Globe Technologies AB Hjortronvägen 3, SE-554 75 Jönköping, as the warrantor (hereinafter referred to as “we”), offers an extension of the general manufacturer warranty (the “warranty”) from one year to two years for 82 V products which are sold under the Cramer brand (with each of these products hereinafter referred to as the “product”), with the exception of Cramer robotic lawnmowers, 82ZT132 Zero Turn, 82 V batteries and products from other series (for example, 48 V). This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product (hereinafter referred to as “you”), and is not extended to any other person or purchaser. Only commercial end customers are considered to be original purchasers. A trader within the scope of this warranty is any natural or legal person who engages in commercial transactions within his or her trade, craft or profession, and any person acting in the name or on behalf of the trader. We reserve the right to request proof of registration of your business (trading licence or similar) and to hinge your warranty claim on this proof. The extension of the warranty also requires you to register your device within two months of the date of purchase online at cramertools-service.com.
Important notice: This manufacturer warranty does not restrict your statutory rights in the case of defects and/or a possible statutory right of withdrawal. You can make use of these free of charge. Any existing statutory rights of warranty towards us and/or your retailer as contractual partner shall therefore remain unaffected by this warranty promise. This warranty promise of the manufacturer therefore does not infringe your legal rights, but rather enhances your legal position.

Exclusions of the warranty
The exclusions of the warranty are governed by the exclusions of the general manufacturer warranty, as specified at cramertools.com/gb/en/ warranty-terms. In the case of an improper assertion of a warranty claim or the justified suspicion of such, we further reserve the right to refuse the warranty service.
How to submit a warranty claim
The prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that we, as the warrantors, are enabled to audit the warranty claim. You can request the warranty service in the user area of your online registration at cramertools-service.com. Once you have completed the registration process, we can use your proof of purchase to check your compliance with the registration deadline. If the proof of purchase is not uploaded (a copy of the receipt, for example), we may decline to provide warranty service. You must also provide the name and address of the Cramer specialist retailer. After checking your justified claim, we will compile your extended warranty certificate in your registered user area. Provided that the respective retailer participates in this warranty promotion, in the case of a warranty claim you can then return the product with the receipt of purchase and the warranty certificate to the Cramer specialist retailer from whom you have purchased the product. If your product is replaced according to the warranty, you need to register the serial number of the new product in the user area of your online registration at cramertools-service.com within two months of the date of replacement. Otherwise, in case of a possible new warranty claim, we will no longer be able to assess such a claim, as the serial numbers of the products no longer match. If a warranty claim occurs in the first year of the warranty and your product is replaced as part of that claim, if you wish to participate in the warranty extension you also need to complete an online replacement at cramertoolsservice.com within two months of the replacement date of your product.
PLEASE NOTE: Lithium-ion batteries are legally classified as hazardous goods. When returning the goods, you must therefore observe the applicable regulations on the transport of hazardous goods. Defective or damaged batteries must not be returned. A damage of the battery is, for example, if it is distended, misshapen/deformed, degassed and/ or has “leaked” or if it has a “greasy film” or external deposits in the area of the poles. With such batteries, the hazard potential is elevated. In such cases, please contact our support team at: cramer.zendesk. com. If you are unable to return the product to your retailer, please also contact our support team; you will then receive a pre-paid postage label with which you will be able to return the product. In the case of damaged batteries, we will find a solution together. We declare that we reserve the right to demand reimbursement of the postage costs if a warranty claim is not validated. Please note that significantly increased postage costs may be incurred for returns of your products, especially batteries.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product (hereinafter referred to as “you”), and is not extended to any other person or purchaser. Only commercial and private end customers are considered to be original purchasers. A trader within the meaning of this warranty is any natural or legal person who engages in commercial transactions within his or her trade, craft or profession, and any person acting in the name or on behalf of the trader. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and is not extended to any other person or purchaser. Only commercial and private end customers are considered to be original purchasers. The return warranty also requires you to fill out a short questionnaire describing the reason for the return.

If you exercise the warranty with our company, we will reimburse you as quickly as possible, taking our assessment of the conditions of the warranty claim into account. In the case of justified warranty claims, the warranty will always be processed for you on a carriage-paid basis, i.e. as the warrantors, we will reimburse you for any postage costs for the outward postage. Other costs, in particular travel or labour costs, will not be reimbursed.
How to submit a warranty claim
To be able to offer you our money-back warranty, the product must only have been used as intended, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in complete form, with all of the accessories and in an undamaged condition. The condition for claiming the warranty is that we as the warrantors, are enabled to audit the warranty claim (via the return of the goods, for example). If the respective retailer participates in this warranty promotion, you can also return the product to the Cramer specialist retailer from whom you have purchased the product. Please contact our customer support team before you return the product. You will receive feedback forms and the appropriate return label. Care must be taken to avoid damage to both the product and its accessories during transportation by packing it securely. Proof of the purchase of the product (for example, a copy of the receipt) must be enclosed when requesting the money-back warranty service so that we can check whether the period of warranty has been observed. Without a copy of the receipt, we may decline to provide the money-back warranty service. You must also provide the name and address of the Cramer specialist retailer if this data is not apparent from the copy of the receipt.

Exclusions of the warranty
The warranty does not apply:
- to products that have been modified;
- if the original markings on the product have been altered or removed, or if the CE mark is missing.
Moreover, this warranty does not apply to defects caused for the following reasons:
- failure to follow the operating instructions, improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, unsuitable operating conditions, overloading or collisions;
- insufficient maintenance or servicing;
- the use of non-original spare parts and accessories with the product or the installation or use of unsuitable attachments or parts;
- exposure of the product to soot and smoke, chemical substances, bird droppings, water, corrosive materials or corrosive environments;
- incorrect connection to the power supply or the use of the wrong power supply or voltage.
In the case of an improper exercising of the warranty claim or the justified suspicion of such, we further reserve the right to decline the warranty service.

Free gift
Subject to the participation of your Cramer specialist retailer in this free gift promotion as well as the terms and conditions below, the organiser of the promotion, Globe Technologies AB Hjortronvägen 3, SE-554 75 Jönköping (hereinafter referred to as “we“) is offering a free gift with the purchase of an 82 V device and an 82 V battery or a kit (82 V device including battery and charger), which are respectively sold under the Cramer brand (with each of these products hereinafter being referred to as the “product”). As a free gift, the purchaser will receive a second 82 V battery of the same type or a cheaper one of his or her choice, free of charge. The purchase of an 82ZT132 Zero Turn is excluded from this promotion. This promotion only applies to the original purchaser of the product (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and is not extended to any other person or purchaser. Only commercial and private end customers are considered to be original purchasers. Legal action and cash payments are excluded. In the event of an improper exercising of the claims for the free gift or the justified suspicion of such, we further reserve the right to decline the offer of the free gift.

The condition for receiving the free gift is, that we as the organisers of the promotion, are enabled to audit your entitlement. Once you have completed the registration process, we can use your proof of purchase to check your compliance with the registration deadline. If the proof of purchase is not uploaded (a copy of the receipt, for example), we may decline to provide you with the free gift. You must also provide the name and address of the Cramer specialist retailer. After checking your justified claim, we will send the gift to the address you provided during your registration. The delivery will take place free of charge by post. The place of performance shall remain our registered office despite the payment of the postage costs.

(Extended) coverage of costs, discount
Subject to participation of your Cramer specialist retailer in the following promotions and the following terms and conditions, the respective organiser of the promotion, Globe Technologies AB Hjortronvägen 3, SE-554 75 Jönköping (hereinafter referred to as “we“) is offering an extended coverage of costs with the purchase of a robotic lawnmower which is sold under the Cramer brand (with each of these products hereinafter being referred to as the “product”). The coverage of costs refers to the subscription for the 2G/4G SIM card connection to operate the control app of the device. The coverage of costs on our part will be extended from the previous five years to twelve years. A further renewal of the subscription thereafter is possible at your own expense. Details of this subscription can be found in the product brochures for the robotic lawnmowers, in the operating instructions and on the product packaging of your robotic lawnmower.
Furthermore, with the above purchase, you will receive an additional discount of 150.00 EUR to be used on the cost of an installation contract if you enter into a contract of this kind with participating specialist retailers for the installation of the aforementioned product. You will bear any further costs for the conclusion of this contract yourself. For information regarding the respective scope of services, further costs and further details about this installation contract, please contact the respective Cramer specialist retailer as your possible contractual partner.

How to obtain the coverage of costs/the discount
In order to receive the extended coverage of costs for the subscription for the 2G/4G SIM card connection to operate the control app of the device, firstly you need to download the “Cramer Connect App” on your smartphone/tablet free of charge. You then have to create a customer account in the app and provide the data and details required there. After you have completed your registration in the “Cramer Connect App” you should connect it to your robotic lawnmower. The first time the app is connected to the robotic lawnmower you will receive a push notification declaring that the renewal of the subscription is activated.
The conditions for claiming the discount for the costs of an installation contract are verified by the Cramer specialist retailer who participates in the promotion, as your contractual partner. If you wish to conclude such a contract with your specialist retailer, please provide proof of purchase (a copy of the receipt, for example) of the product purchase so that the specialist retailer can check whether the promotional period has been observed. The discount is then granted when the contract is concluded with the specialist retailer.
